Refund Policy
How refunds work for paid job postings.
Effective 31 July 2026
1. What this covers
This policy applies to payments made through StudErn for job or internship postings beyond the first free posting. It does not cover any fee bKash itself charges for the transaction — that’s between you and bKash under their own terms.
2. Before you pay
The price is shown before you confirm payment. A posting created through the paid flow goes live once payment is confirmed by bKash — there is no separate approval step that could leave you having paid for a posting that never appears.
3. When a refund applies
We’ll issue a refund when:
- A technical failure on our side means a posting you paid for never actually went live
- You were charged more than once for the same posting due to a payment processing error
- Your posting is suspended by an administrator for a reason unrelated to anything you did (for example, a platform-side moderation error)
4. When a refund doesn’t apply
- You change your mind after a posting has gone live and received applications
- Your posting is suspended for violating the Terms of Service (discriminatory content, a fraudulent listing, and similar)
- You close a posting early because you’ve already filled the role — that’s a successful hire, not a service failure
5. How to request one
Email [email protected] with your account email, the posting affected, and the bKash transaction reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days and, where a refund is approved, process it back to the original bKash account within 7 business days of approval.
6. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error and it isn’t resolved through the process above, you retain whatever dispute rights bKash itself offers as the payment processor.
